This Booking & Conduct Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing reservations, payments, customer conduct, and the protection of LwembawoTours and Travel (“the Company”) and its staff, including private drivers.

By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

To secure your private driver package or airport transfer, a 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.

• The deposit guarantees your driver.
   
• Your selected dates and services are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash or Mobile Money upon the arrival of your driver on the booked service date.

Once the deposit is received, your booking is officially confirmed and your assigned private driver is reserved exclusively for you.

Lwembawo Tours and Travel upholds strict standards of honesty, integrity, and lawful conduct. To protect the Company and its staff, the following rules apply:

Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, false statements, or deliberate attempts to obtain services without proper payment is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Providing false personal information
   
• Making false claims to avoid paying the balance
   
• Attempting to access services after canceling or refusing payment
   
• Manipulating or misleading staff for financial advantage
   

The Company has zero tolerance for attempts to receive services without full payment.

• If a client refuses or fails to pay the balance at service commencement, the driver has the right to cancel the trip immediately.
   
• Any attempt to evade payment constitutes a breach of this Policy and may result in:
   
  • Cancellation of services
     
  • Blacklisting from future bookings
     
  • Legal action to recover outstanding amounts
     

Lwembawo Tours and Travel reserves the right to pursue all applicable legal remedies available under Ugandan law in cases of fraud, attempted fraud, or refusal to pay for services received or attempted to be received.

Clients are expected to treat our drivers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times. This includes:

• No verbal abuse
   
• No physical violence or threats
   
• No harassment, intimidation, or degrading behavior
   
• No forcing or pressuring the driver into unsafe, illegal, or unreasonable actions
   

For safety reasons, drivers may decline requests that involve:

• Violating road safety regulations
   
• Entering high-risk or unsafe environments
   
• Transporting illegal items
   
• Engaging in behavior that endangers the driver, the client, or the vehicle
   

If a client engages in abusive, violent, threatening, or unsafe behavior, the driver may immediately terminate the service and report the incident to the Company.
In severe cases, local authorities may be contacted.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when booking
   
• Pay all required fees on time
   
• Act respectfully toward Company staff
   
• Follow safety guidelines provided by the driver
   
• Refrain from any conduct that may cause harm, loss, or liability

Lwembawo Tours and Travel reserves the right to:

• Cancel a booking due to fraudulent or abusive behavior
   
• Refuse service to individuals who violate this Policy
   
• Pursue legal or financial remedies for unpaid balances or damages
   
• Modify this Policy as needed for safety and operational purposes

 By booking with Lwembawo Tours and Travel, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy. Failure to comply may result in immediate service cancellation, forfeiture of deposits, and potential legal action.
